We have an opportunity for an Account Director to join the team. This role will be dedicated primarily to directing all aspects of client accounts and developing existing + new business accounts, as well as managing a team of 2 people. The role is suited to an established as Account Director with 4 years’ integrated agency experience who wants to develop their strategic levels of ownership and responsibilities in a new different environment.
As the senior contact for clients, you coordinate, protect and grow the account base. You understand client’s challenges and business needs to encourage and drive sustainable growth and profitability. Influencing client relationships, you build rapport and gain trust to confidently and effectively deliver results to budget and timescales. You inspire teams creatively and commercially to plan and execute successful campaigns which generate individual and team progression. You will be reporting to the Group Account Director and Managing Director.
