Account Executive – Integrated Client Services


We are looking for an Account Executive to support the account team in all aspects of the daily running and servicing of the client campaigns with specific attention to managing the detail to deliver outstanding campaigns and managing client expectations, under the supervision of senior team.

Description of responsibilities

Client service and support

  • Demonstrating an awareness of the clients’ business and sector to support daily communication internally and with the client
  • Organising and preparing for client meetings, checking all required material is available and logistics are covered
  • Knowing the exact status of client work and following up on all detail to ensure everyone involved is kept informed of progress and any changes
  • Responding efficiently to client requests and to resolve queries
  • Having a knowledge of clients’ SLA’s and contract agreements
  • Answering calls and handling and directing calls appropriately
  • Welcoming visitors to the agency and providing refreshments during their visit
  • Working closely with the Account Manager to deliver on time and on budget for every project

Processing and progressing work

  • Daily and weekly WIP updates to manage capacity, workload and potential challenges
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of job bags, job numbers and PO’s and invoicing
  • Ensuring contact and status reports are completed accurately and on time
  • Working with the Account Manager to accurately estimate and ensure all relevant detail is included
  • Checking all work is successfully saved on the system for future referral
  • Proof reading work to present a professional and error free communication piece every time
  • Contributing to the continual review of our processes to support continual progress
  • Checking for the charging of additional work and extra amends where appropriate


  • Supporting the Account Manager to produce quotes and billing and retaining value for money
  • Checking all jobs have been assigned PO’s.
  • Preferably daily, but always weekly, keeping your time sheets up to date and accurate, so we ensure we deliver profitability
