Background

This role is about inspiration, passion and detail. An inspiration to discover a new or better way of doing something, a passion for brands, clients and their business, and detail which delivers professionalism and outstanding results.

We are looking for an Account Executive with at least 12 months agency experience in a client services role who can assist and support the account team in all aspects of the daily running and servicing of client campaigns.

The person

The role

You will support the Account Manager in all aspects of building strong client relationships, account growth and delivering the right solutions. Taking responsibility for a variety of clients, you will lead certain projects with involvement in others, ensuring the logistics and detail are carefully covered to successfully deliver on time.

Accurate account administration is an essential part of our daily routines with high standards expected in all aspects of management accounts, contact reports, estimating, scheduling, invoicing and more.

Meetings happen regularly, whether it’s to drive ideas, process or solutions. Proper prep for any meeting is a must to demonstrate professionalism and present suggestions in a way that others acknowledge and buy into.
