We’re hiring a new Account Executive to join our client services team.
To provide day-to-day support to the Account Manager’s with at least 12 months agency experience in a client services role who can assist and support the account team in all aspects of the daily running and servicing of client campaigns.
We hire people, not just job titles and we are looking for:
You will support the Account Manager in all aspects of building strong client relationships, account growth and delivering the right solutions. It will involve taking responsibility for different aspects of client work and ensuring everyone is proactively kept in the loop on the status and progress of clients’ work.
Accurate account administration is an essential part of our daily routines. High standards are expected in all aspects of finance systems, contact reports, WIPs, estimating, scheduling, invoicing and more.
Meetings happen regularly, whether it’s to drive ideas, process or solutions. Proper prep for any meeting is a must to demonstrate professionalism and present suggestions in a way that others acknowledge and buy into.
