To plan, execute, co -ordinate and manage all internal and third- party resources involved in digital project implementation from initial scope to going live. Overseeing all aspects of project management, you are the glue that holds things together. Managing changes you keep everything on track to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget and delighting clients with the end results.
With direct client contact you’ll also be good at building relationships and identifying opportunities to grow projects and accounts.
Experience of end to end website build management is crucial.
Description of responsibilities
Management of project delivery
Working with key team members to gather and confirm requirements from the client at the project initiation stage.
Liaising with clients including providing regular status updates and clarification of requirements
Creating a supporting scoping document to be agreed and signed off between the agency and the client.
Supporting the digital and integrated client services team to adapt client requirements into project timings, technical specification and allocation of budgets.
Contributing to the creation of any corresponding planning, creative and development briefs written by the client services team.
Working with the key team members to manage the internal end-to-end process from planning to deployment.
Working collaboratively to identify and organise all appropriate resources for each project.
Assisting digital client services and clients by providing technical advice where appropriate, liaising with development.
Conducting internal and external reviews and producing summary reports with the aim to sell in additional work.
Managing project implementation
Monitoring the efficiency of creative and development work slots and managing their calendars to keep to agreed timescales
Monitoring scope creep internally throughout project stages to ensure work is delivered on time and to budget
Being the conduit between creative and development throughout each project stage, to ensure clear communication lines
Managing project detail to ensure all work delivered is of the highest possible quality, on time and to budget
Preparing and communicating regular & ad hoc reporting on websites, using tools such as Google Analytics, Moz and CrazyEgg to aid Client Services
Implementing onsite SEO elements, such as meta titles, meta descriptions, optimised URL structure
Account management of website retainer clients
Salary dependant on skills and experience
