Junior Digital Account Executive

We have an opportunity to join our digital team to support with all aspects of daily operations. Specific attention to detail is necessary for high quality digital output and to ensure clients are delighted with the result. It’s about contributing to the common goal of making digital great. 

Description of responsibilities

Client service and support 

  • Demonstrating an awareness of the clients’ business and sector to support development of relationships and client business
  • Effectively prioritising client work to fulfil SLA’s, involving relevant team members
  • Responding efficiently to client requests, providing quotes for work and to resolve queries
  • Identifying and communicating upselling opportunities with existing clients
  • Clearly communicating client briefs to relevant digital team for client work
  • Accurately minute taking on client calls/meetings/workshops, clearly identifying actions for the team
  • Answering calls and handling and directing calls appropriately
  • Welcoming visitors to the agency and providing refreshments during their visit 
  • Escalating issues to Developers and the Senior Development Team with continual follow up to ensure end to end resolution
  • Keeping clients informed of the current work status, including issues and ensuring they are aware of outcomes from action taken at all times
  • Knowing the exact status of client work and following up on all detail to ensure Project Managers and Account Managers are kept informed of progress and changes
  • Highlighting to Project Managers and Account Managers, in advance, of issues affecting delivery.
  • Understanding your client’s business and the roles of your contacts

Processing and progressing administration

  • Creating new jobs in Paprika to enable the processing of future invoicing
  • Creating accurate draft invoices and passing to the relevant Account handlers for timely sign off
  • The main point of contact for handling and resolving queries from the accounts team
  • Ensuring management accounts are regularly updated to reflect an accurate department income for each month
  • Ensuring contact and status reports are completed accurately and on time
  • Checking all work is successfully saved on the system for future referral 
  • Proof reading quotes and proposals to present a professional and error free communication piece every time
  • Quoting for (with help) and booking work in for all clients 
  • Preferably daily, but always weekly, keeping your time sheets up to date and accurate, so we ensure we deliver profitability
  • Contributing to the continual review of our processes to support continual progress

Project assistance

  • Following the testing standards process to check that sites meet all requirements before the site is submitted to the clients
  • Providing project overflow assistance where required e.g. content population, project timelines and testing
  • Progressing to project management of client accounts as the opportunities arise
