We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join the team. This role will be dedicated primarily to managing all aspects of servicing and developing existing accounts. The role is suited to an Account Manager with experience working at a digital agency. The candidate must have a proven track record of developing relationships and accounts and be keen to develop their levels of ownership and responsibilities in a new environment.
As a direct contact for clients, you coordinate, protect and grow the account base. You’ll understand your clients, their challenges, and business needs to encourage and drive sustainable growth and profitability. Influencing client relationships, you build rapport and gain trust to confidently and effectively deliver results to budget and timescales.
Knowledge of website builds, ecommerce, and experience of managing purely digital projects is a must. A good understanding of digital marketing is preferred.
Accurate account administration is an essential part of our daily routines with high standards expected in all aspects. You will be responsible for managing budgets, finance trackers, contact reports, estimating, scheduling, invoicing and more.
This is a busy agency environment and meetings happen regularly, whether it’s to drive ideas, process or solutions. You will be expected to prepare for any meetings, demonstrating professionalism and be able to present suggestions in a way that others acknowledge and buy into.
