We have an opportunity for an Senior Account Manager to join the team. This role will be dedicated primarily to managing all aspects of servicing and developing existing accounts. The role is suited to an established as Senior Account Manager with 3 – 4 years’ integrated agency experience who wants to develop their levels of ownership and responsibilities in a new different environment.
As a senior contact for clients, you coordinate, protect and grow the account base. You understand client’s challenges and business needs to encourage and drive sustainable growth and profitability. Influencing client relationships, you build rapport and gain trust to confidently and effectively deliver results to budget and timescales.
Accurate account administration is an essential part of our daily routines with high standards expected in all aspects. You will be responsible for of managing budgets, finance trackers, contact reports, estimating, scheduling, invoicing and more.
This is a busy agency environment and meetings happen regularly, whether it’s to drive ideas, process or solutions. You will be expected to prep for any meetings, demonstrating professionalism and be able to present suggestions in a way that others acknowledge and buy into.
