Hisense wanted to improve their customer’s sales journey as well as send regular marketing emails for promotions they run with their retailers. They also needed to grow their email marketing audience and improve open rates, CTRs and audience data in order to segment. Therefore, it made sense to move from Campaign Monitor to Salesforce.

BETTER IDEAS
Initially, we synced their Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution with their WordPress website whilst their new website was being re-built moving across their CM database of 13K subscribers. We then built an email pop up in their WordPress which linked to their Salesforce to encourage more users to sign up.
From there, we started engaging with subscribers via email marketing and measuring results whilst executing multiple social media lead-gen campaigns.
We also built middleware to sync their Warranty registrations with SFMC to allow for a direct sync gathering more sales data too.
