BETTER INSIGHTS

Love2Stay offers luxury glamping and touring holidays across Mid-Wales and Shropshire. The main challenge for Love2Stay was delivering a new website that presents both sites as one brand, showcases the amazing facilities at each location, and provides a clear user journey to encourage online bookings.

They approached us with specific requests to improve the user experience, making it easier for customers to book and seamlessly navigate between the two parks. We conducted research into similar businesses to see how they managed multiple holiday sites and identified key user journeys for Love2Stay during an extensive wireframing phase.

We provided digital consultation and recommended the best booking system for Love2Stay to adopt and integrate into their new website. Additionally, we conducted keyword research and advised on best SEO practices to implement for the content.

BETTER IDEAS

We provided art direction for the images used across the site and undertook a full content population due to the short delivery timescale. This ensured all user journeys were satisfied, and cross-selling and upselling opportunities were maximized.

We integrated the headless website with the GemaParks booking system, ensuring a simple and quick booking flow while maximizing opportunities for cross-selling between parks and upselling park activities.

Using our component model with WordPress as the CMS we built the website so that Love2Stay can continue to manage the website and create unique content pages.
