Long-term client Hisense wanted to transform their online sales offering. They wanted to improve the capability of their site to generate leads for their retailers, while also creating their own ecommerce option.


Better Insights

Through our research process, involving website auditing tools like HotJar, we understood that the funnel on the site needed refining to match new journeys. We also needed to introduce updates to the key sales pages in incremental stages, using an ongoing CRO strategy.

Better Ideas

We kicked off with a workshop to outline gaps from a technical, UX and strategic point of view. We deployed a series of analytics tools to capture the relevant qualitative and quantitative data, as well as having our UX experts take a look at each of the key pages in the funnel to apply best practices to them. Changes included: optimised layouts for mobile, clearer CTAs using the brand’s accent colour and new rollover states and page layouts.
