Sweet Freedom’s major challenge was the fact they had two websites – a main brochure site and a shop for purchasing product – and traffic was being split between the two. Also, their conversion rate was being effected by a poor customer journey.
Better Ideas
We selected a new Shopify theme, which was highly rated for ecommerce, to increase conversion levels. The design of new key content included Product and Category pages, About, Stockists, Blog and Recipe pages.
Across all this content we wanted to boost and enrich cross-promotion opportunities, increasing conversions.
